Using the site

By using Nexlane News you agree to these terms. Reading the site is free. Do not misuse it, attempt to break it, or scrape it in a way that harms it.

Journalist accounts

You must give true information and may be asked to prove your identity.
You are responsible for everything you publish and must be able to back it with proof.
You must own or have permission for the text and images you post, and must not copy others' work.
False, misleading, unproven, hateful or unlawful content is removed immediately. Repeat violations lead to strikes and removal from the site.
We may approve, reject, hide, suspend or remove any application, profile or article at our discretion.

Membership

A free launch membership is offered until 31 January 2027. After that, membership is ₹399 per month and is activated manually after payment. If membership ends, your profile and articles go offline until you renew. Prices and offers may change with notice on the site.

Reports and moderation

Readers can report independent articles. Heavily reported articles may be moved down, hidden or removed while we review them.

No warranty and liability

The site is provided as is, without promises that it will be uninterrupted or error free. To the extent the law allows, Nexlane News is not liable for loss arising from use of the site or from content written by others.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have jurisdiction.
